ABOUT ME
Twenty-three years ago, out of sheer curiosity, I attended an introductory life coaching weekend with The Coaching Academy in London. That weekend, my passion was ignited, and I discovered the transformative power of coaching. Since then, my commitment to learning and applying cutting-edge coaching techniques has been unwavering.
Over the past eight years, I’ve specialized in neuroscience-based coaching, an approach that aligns science with mindset transformation. As I turn 59, I am profoundly grateful for finding my calling when I did. Coaching has been a deeply rewarding journey, especially during these times of tumultuous change. Helping individuals who feel trapped by self-doubt and fear of change—and watching them take charge of their lives with confidence—has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career.
